Chest Acne Causes
Have you even wondered about how acne comes about? What causes them to pop out of nowhere!
Almost everyone at some point in their lives accept acne, most often they are more visible on the face on the assist and on the chest.
Though the main causes for acne are unknown, researchers have noticed that there are several things that gain an environment for breakouts of whiteheads and blackheads, two types of acne. But what we do know is that acne originate developing when the skin pores gets blocked by the excessive production of sebum which is the oily substance that our skin secretes.
Sebum is produced by the sebaceous glands in the skin. As Sebum along with slow skin cells accumulates; it eventually provides the best living environment for a bacterium called propionibacterium acne to grow. In time this bacterium causes skin infection, which eventually leads to the formation of what we call pimple or acne.
Research has also shown that the causes for acne can also be hereditary and genetics. It has also been found that in both men and women the hormonal imbalance plays a major role in the release of excess sebum. Whenever there is an increase of the male hormone 'androgen' in the blood, chest acne are more likely to grow.
Other researchers have also shown that obvious drugs including androgen and lithium and birth control pills can cause acne. Hormonal changes in pregnant women are listed among the causes.
dreadful skin hygiene and dust on skin are also included among other causes especially when the skin is not being washed and cleansed properly. In my gain experience I have found out that acne tends to produce when I don't wash my face properly and pimples starts appearing within couple of days, I have also witness that they point to up if I don't shave regularly. I usually exhaust antibacterial soap using warm water and that's it.
